Construction Project Executive

Join a company that has been in business for decades, has a strong pipeline of work, and is known for complex, challenging, and interesting construction projects.

You’ll oversee project teams and work with senior leadership on achieving strategic goals for the business, including maintaining and developing client and vendor relationships.

Projects will be throughout New York City, including renovations typically $5m - $20m, and some ground-up/ core and shell projects. Projects will include hospitality, higher education, retail, institutional, cultural, and commercial interiors across a broad range of repeat and new clients.

About you:

• 10 years’ experience working on commercial construction projects in NYC
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Lead Project Manager role working on projects in New York City, with additional experience as Senior PM/ Project Executive
• Experience running projects in one or more of the following sectors: hospitality, higher education, retail, institutional, cultural, and/ or commercial interiors
• Experience managing projects $5m - $20m
• Experience working on renovations with structural components
• Some experience in ground-up construction is advantageous but not essential
• College degree in construction management/ civil engineering/ architecture preferred
